  The job was completed in October 2013 and the reason I am writing this note so many months is because I wanted to wait to see how the job stood up to the winter and spring weather. I honestly expected a leak at some point as with most new roofs but I am so happy to say that even with all this crazy weather, there have been zero leaks or issues. In addition, I happen to be up on the two flat sections of the roof yesterday and as I was surveying the work, I kept noticing the quality of the installation.
  
  I thought I should share my complete satisfaction with the Summit Roofing management so they may give recognition to the team for their professional work.

  Summit roofing replaced our roof on December 3 2020. They were very professional from beginning to end. Sam Fullerton came out and explained the entire process and wrote us a very fair estimate. We had 3 different estimates and Summit Roofing was the best for the same products. I was pleased with the professionalism and customer service I received from Sam and the crew.
  
  The crew was on time and worked extremely hard from start to finish. After the job it was starting to get dark and the crew stayed they cleaned up all around our house and hauled away all trash.

  I wanted to express my thanks to your team for an exceptional job on the roofing of my home. I selected Summit Roofing from more than 6 other companies. Summit was not the lowest bidder but nor the highest and my job was not the easiest. The reason I selected Summit was your high ranking in the 2012 or 2013 Contractor Rating book and the exceptional customer support I received from Benny Wolsak. Every time I called Benny, he either answered the phone or called me right back. He patiently answered my questions and addressed any concerns I had regarding the color section or the type of roofing. I quickly developed a good relationship with him and trusted in his advice.
